DO NOT START THE ONLINE REGISTRATION WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • District Sponsor Email Address: Please enter the email address of YOUR County SWCD contact.  This information is on our contact page.

  • Team type - HS FFA, HS non-FFA, MS FFA, MS non-FFA

  • Team name

  • School name

  • Advisor info – first name, last name, address, cell phone, email address, T-shirt size (Same info for secondary advisor, if applicable)

  • TEAM CAPTAIN - email address, first name, last name, grade, gender, ethnicity, T-shirt size 

  • All other team members – first name, last name, grade, gender, ethnicity, T-shirt size (Same info for team alternates, if applicable)

  • Special needs or requests  (DO NOT request special dietary needs, as they cannot be accommodated.)

Additional information needed prior to registration deadline:

• • Envirothon Student Code of Conduct forms signed for all team members – Send to registrar below 

  • Envirothon Adult Code of Conduct forms signed by all adults attending competition – Send to registrar below 

*Please note that chaperones and guests are welcome but DO NOT have to be listed on the registration form.  However, they will need to complete a code of conduct form.  Please keep in mind, only advisors and students receive a t-shirt and lunch due to costs.  Thank you for your understanding.
